  The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is designed to help you work, study or migrate to a country where English is the native language. This includes testing reading, writing, listening and speaking skills of a student. The score range of the exam is 0-9.
  
  
  Currently if a student is retaking an IELTS exam, the student has to sit through all the modules. So, if a student has done badly in a single module, he will have to retake the complete exam.
  
  
  Starting March 2023, the students will have an option to retake a single module. IELTS One Skill Retake allows you to retake one of the four skills (Listening, Reading, Writing, or Speaking) if you need to improve in just one area. 
  
  
  The format and timing of the IELTS One Skill Retake test is the same as a normal IELTS test. You can save time by not needing to complete the other three skills. You will receive a new Test Report Form. You can choose whether you would like to use either your old or new Test Report Form.
  
  
  You need to book and sit the IELTS One Skill Retake test within 60 days of your original test.?You must use the same ID for the One Skill Retake as you used for the original test sitting. The ID must still be current and valid at the time of taking your Retake.
